Objectives
Mission:
To promote the interests of Chiropractic Physicians and their patients through all forms of legislative and political action, including, but not limited to, contributions to political candidates.
To increase the clinical skills of primary care to include: pharmacology, minor surgery, and hygiene in both the art and science of medicine.
To improve the quality, safety, and affordability of healthcare, and emphasize wellness, health promotion practices, preventive medicine, and integrated healthcare through education.
To allow Chiropractic Physicians to stay abreast of the most current clinical information, public health problems, and treatment options.
To educate citizens on spinal and joint health, proper biomechanical exercises, dietary interventions, smoking cessation and adhering to lifestyle behavior modifications to reduce incidence and prevalence of preventable illness, thus decreasing morbidity and mortality in the United States.
Vision:
Chiropractic physicians being primary care physicians with a broad scope of practice in every State. To help Americans achieve good health through: decreasing preventable disease (heart disease, obesity, and cancer), improved dietary practices, increased physical activity, smoking cessation, and improved spinal hygiene.
